Tax limits for small PIT, CIT, and VAT taxpayers will be lower starting in 2026.
The values entitling taxpayers to benefit from tax preferences or specific accounting methods have been recalculated based on the average euro exchange rate, which this year amounted to PLN 4.2586.
In 2026, entrepreneurs will be required to keep full accounting records if their 2025 revenue amounts to at least PLN 10,646,500.
